JOB DESCRIPTION

This is the senior sales and marketing position in our company. This position is expected to provide sales and marketing leadership for the company, managing and developing accounts ranging from large international companies to independent single site operators. The successful candidate for this position will personally manage our largest customers, personally develop a small number of large target accounts, and lead our sales and marketing personnel. Our expectation is that we will develop an industry leading sales and marketing team under your leadership.

WHO WE ARE

Our focus is on equipping, building, repairing, and maintaining retail facilities for operators of convenience stores and related types of business. Our core expertise is with fuel systems however we are expanding our offerings to provide a broad range of equipment, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the mechanical systems in these facilities, including car wash systems and EV chargers. Our market covers the eastern half of Texas and extends from Southern Oklahoma to the Mexican border. We have delivered double-digit annual revenue growth for almost two decades and expect that to continue going forward. We are privately held.

A PREVIEW OF YOUR DAY (EXPECTATIONS)

  • Maintain and expand our relationships and business with existing key customers
  • Identify any areas of customer concern and work within our company to resolve those concerns
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the sales and marketing team
  • Be an active leader and participant in process improvement teams
  • Act as an integrated, collaborative member of the company leadership team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A history of successful account management of with large customers
  • The ability to earn trust with existing and target accounts
  • An understanding of how to develop an internal/external sales team to deliver superior results
  • The ability to apply marketing to build our brand
  • The ability to work cooperatively with all departments and business units to deliver superior results for our customers
  • The ability to understand financial statements and determine actions to improve performance.
  • Become an expert in key supplier products to effectively present new business opportunities for our customers
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in commercial service or construction strongly preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field
  • 10 years of sales/account management experience, including department management
  • Must pass background check and drug screen prior to employment
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
